CO2 Freezer (with Electric Hybrid Rapid Freezer)

Quick freezing means to pass food temperature range of 0C to -5C (that is called "maximum icing growth zone") within 30 minutes. Maximum icing zone is where water inside food cells starts to freeze and completes greezing. The longer the freezing time is, the bigger the damages to cells of food.
